Hundreds of students across Greater Tampa Bay received backpacks and school supplies at iCare Foundation's annual back-to-school community event — ensuring every child starts the year with what they need to succeed.

Every backpack represents more than just supplies. It represents a student who walks into their first day of school feeling prepared, confident, and supported. That's what this event is about — removing barriers so our kids can focus on learning.

Equipping Students for Success

The giveaway included backpacks filled with grade-appropriate school supplies — notebooks, pencils, folders, and more — distributed free of charge to families across Hillsborough County. No registration, no income verification, no barriers. Just community showing up for community.

Volunteers from across the Tampa Bay area helped organize, pack, and distribute hundreds of backpacks, turning what could be a stressful back-to-school season into a celebration.
