iCare Foundation is developing a family strengthening program area grounded in the Two-Generation (2Gen) framework — recognizing that children cannot thrive when their families are unstable. We are building evidence-based relationship education and wraparound family support services to address family instability at its root, creating the stable home environments that make everything else possible.
