iCare Foundation is building a housing and senior services program to address two of Greater Tampa Bay's most urgent challenges — the affordable housing shortage and the growing needs of our aging population. We are developing programs that promote homeownership, prevent eviction, support aging in place, and connect seniors with the resources they deserve.
