Our food pantry is open 4 days a week, 52 weeks a year. No appointment is needed — just walk in. There is no cost, and we serve anyone in need in Greater Tampa Bay. Visit our Food Security page for current hours and location.
Do I need to be a resident of a specific area to receive services?
Our programs primarily serve Greater Tampa Bay and Hillsborough County, but we do not turn people away based on zip code. If you're in need, reach out and we will do our best to help or connect you with the right resources.
What documents do I need to bring to access services?
For most iCare programs, no documents are required. We believe in dignified, barrier-free access. For specific programs that may require documentation (such as employment services), our team will let you know in advance.
How do I know if I qualify for assistance?
iCare Foundation serves individuals and families facing hardship — regardless of income level, background, or circumstance. If you are struggling, you qualify. Contact us and our team will help identify the best path forward for your situation.
Can I get help in a language other than English?
We strive to be accessible to all community members. Please reach out to us through the contact form and indicate your preferred language. We will do our best to connect you with a team member who can assist.
How do I connect someone I know with iCare resources?

Are iCare services free?
Yes. All iCare Foundation programs and services are provided at no cost to participants. Our programs are made possible by donations, grants, and the generosity of our community partners.
How is iCare funded?
iCare Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit funded by individual donations, corporate partnerships, and community grants. We are committed to transparency — the majority of every dollar goes directly to program delivery.
